Crown St Medical Centre (Surry Hills) is pleased to advise that Covid-19 vaccines bookings will be made available online from 5 April 21.
For patients wishing to pre-book a COVID-19 vaccine, unfortunately we are unable to offer a pre-booked appointment until government supply is received and confirmed. Further information will be received around the end of March.
If there is no online appointment available, this means that COVID-19 vaccines are currently out of stock.
Please do not call reception asking for an appointment if there is no visible online appointment, as they will not be able to offer you an appointment.
As we have no control over government supply, please regularly check our website as appointments will be made available as soon COVID-19 vaccines are received.
If calling to book by phone, please advise reception you would like a covid-19 vaccine to ensure we can offer you the correct appointment slot.
