- IF You and/or Your Child have Cold & Flu Symptoms (e.g. dry, sore throat, headache, fever, cough, runny nose, loss of smell etc.), you MUST show Evidence of a Negative RAT or PCR test within the last 24 hours. Alternatively, book a GP Phone/Video Consultation.
- Crown St Medical Centre is primarily a Private Billing Medical Clinic. A $49 to $69 gap fee applies on Weekdays for most standard GP consultations after your Medicare rebate. A $20 surcharge applies on Weekends & P/Holidays. Telehealth consults incur a (1.75% plus 0.30c) processing fee.
- A FACE MASK is REQUIRED only IF you have COLD & FLU symptoms.
- Children ≤ 15yrs are bulk-billed* between 10am-4pm on weekdays with a booked appointment. *Excludes Extended Consults. (Dr M. Pistilli, Dr P. Yuan, and Dr H. Thai privately bill children at ALL times.
- Concession Card Holders (for EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY) are bulk-billed* between 10am-4pm on weekdays with a booked appointment. *Excludes Extended Consults. Outside these hours & for NEW PATIENTS, private billing applies. Dr M. Pistilli, Dr P. Yuan, Dr E. Phipps, and Dr R. Raju privately bill at ALL times.
